During these uncertain times due to Covid-19, please be advised that the Law Office of Theresa A. Mari, P.C. remains open as we are practicing social distancing by working from home and still responding to our clients both current and new by phone and email. For our current clients, please be advised that all Court appearances have been administratively adjourned and are scheduled to commence again the first week of May. There are administrative orders handed down almost daily from the Administrative Judge and the climate of our work in the Courts is ever-changing, including the availability of clerks and procedures for filing. However, please note that the Courts are still open and available for emergency applications, including Orders of Protection, if you or someone you love is living in an unsafe situation during this quarantine period.
