We keep hearing people ask how to go longer in between shampoos... and our first question is why? Do you have bright fashion colors that you don't want to fade? Do you just not have time to blow dry? Is your hair very dry? These are all legitimate reasons to spread out those washes! However this advice is not one size fits all. ... Just because your friend and some influencer you follow on social media is doing it doesn't mean you should too! (Odds are that influencer is trying to sell you dry shampoo ) Dry shampoo has gained a lot of traction in the industry the past few years and we'd be lying if we said we never use it in a pinch when we don't have time to wash our hair! Healthy hair comes from a healthy scalp. Healthy scalps are clean scalps- free of dry skin, excessive sebum, dust, pollutants & product build up! When you spray dry shampoo on your roots the product is binding up all of those things to make it appear "fresh" but it is all left on your scalp and starts to deprive your scalp of oxygen (especially if you do multiple dry shampoo days!) We are a small team and our top priority on business days is servicing the clients in our chairs and on days off it's being with our families Appointment requests can be made on our website www.theshopon7.com. We check requests during business hours, please allow 24-48 hours for a response. It is very rare we have same day or next day availability so please plan ahead for your ...appointments! If you need to change an appointment for any reason we ask that you email [email protected] If you don't like using our preferred booking methods you can leave a message on our salon phone line and we will return the call as soon as possible! Why don't we have online booking? We tailor every appointment to the needs of that individual client, this means everyone requires different timing and our schedules and services are not one size fits all. Please respect our stylist's personal phone numbers and direct all of your inquiries through the website/email! We send email reminders & covid protocols 48 hours before your appointment and text reminders 24 hours before your appointment. We ask that you kindly give us at least 48 hours notice if you have a scheduling conflict. We have a waiting lists and it gives us time to fill that appointment. Due to covid we have been very lenient on our last minute cancellation charges because we are so thankful you are staying home when not feeling well! However, no shows will result in a 100% charge of scheduled services.
