Hey all. THANK YOU. What a day! Livingston Manor and the Catskills in general NEVER DISSAPOINT!! We need to close early tonight (Saturday 04/03) as we are out of so much. Come in early tomorrow (Sunday 04/04) as we don’t have that much more to smoke We will have Brisket and Chopped Pork going overnight, some Ribs but not a lot. (Sorry no more chicken!!) It was great to see @georgeweld on his last day at @eggrestaurant in #williamsburg . My crazy family and restaurant schedule has made egg my go to celebration spot over the years because they wake up as early as I do and a birthday breakfast allowed me to be back in the saddle by 10am! Hey Everyone Please pass along Smoke Joint Catskills is looking to expand our team. A few of our team members are returning to school this late summer/early fall and we have some spots opening. We are open for Service Thursday to Sunday 12 noon to 7/8/9/6pm respectively. We would love to bring on board full and part time team members. We pay a fair hourly wage (13$ per hour) and the entire team shares in the tips. We believe in full team work and communication. You could... be loading the smoker or turning out plates of Local-Ash Wood Smoked Meats or helping guests on the phone with their take out orders. As long as each of us fulfills the needed job duties, roles and responsibilities (and we each accept those) we will be successful. Just know we are looking for only people that are open to working together, communicating seamlessly and following standards on food Saftey and Handling (plus creating an overly consistent and exceptional food service experience). We want to exceed every guests expectation that chooses to join us.
