Happy June, everyone! We’ve had many phone calls asking when our Bistro will be open for dining. We have made the decision to officially open for food service on Friday, June 11th. This is a week later than we had projected, and for that, we apologize. We are busy making preparations in staffing and other details to make this the best possible experience for you, our customers. Hours will be from 11:30 am - 5 pm, but we are still deciding on how many days a week we will ope...n right now. Please bear with us as we make these decisions and know that we will meticulously update our website and Google with current hours and days of operation. You can always call us before you come at 866-869-5805 to hear opening details. We will NOT be taking reservations, just walk-ins only. Our menu will also be posted on our website closer to the opening date. A huge heartfelt thanks to all of you who have visited, kept a sense of humor, have had kind words, and of course, for buying our wine and going with the flow as we navigate ever changing guidelines. Greetings from the snowy Finger Lakes! We will be closing today, 2/2, at 4 pm due to the snow and roads, but we will be here until then for your phone calls, online orders, tastings, curbside pick up or whatever else you might need. We would also like to mention that it happens to be owner Jon Cupp’s birthday today, and he always wants to remain open for you guys, so we are bringing him lunch while he mans the tasting room! December greetings, everyone! Things are rolling right along here in Finger Lakes wine country. We continue to see customers for tastings during our regular hours (Monday through Saturday, 10 am - 5:30 pm, and Sunday 10:30 am - 5:30 pm). We've moved tastings inside to our socially distanced bars with mandate 50% capacity, as we have done all during Covid. Come see us! December is going quickly, so make sure to order soon so deliveries can get to you on time. Our Bistro is now closed for the season and will reopen for dining in May 2021. We thank everyone for coming to dine with us, and most of all for your patience and understanding as we dealt with new regulations amidst a very strange season. We are excited for the direction our new chef Aaron Thomas is going to take us next year and look forward to seeing you all for dining in May 2021. In the meantime, it's a long winter, so come taste our wines all season long. We continue to be open 7 days a week, safely pouring and doing tastings as long as the state laws allow.
