The Trading Post at Fish Creek Ponds

We will closing for the season on Monday Oct.12th in the afternoon. We will be off on Tuesday, returning to work on Wed Oct.14th. During our closing/winterizing duties, we will continue to sell ice/fire wood/incidentals and have freezer order pick ups. We will be at the store daily from 10 am-4 pm. Thank you for your continued support.

Thank you for all those customers who gave us an early heads up and ordered your pizza's early. We are completely full for Friday night and are unfortunately sold out for the season. Thank you for all the continued business and support. If you missed your last chance, anticipation for next season is the best we can do.

Well, I wouldn't have believed it if you told me a month ago that we would still be open. Yes, we will be open for Columbus Day weekend for the first time ever. We will have ice, wood, gas and Basic necessities. We will be making pizza at least on Friday night. We will make apple cider donuts for the final time Saturday morning. Offerings are limited, call ahead to reserve your items! Monday 10/12 will be our last day of the 2020 season. Stop by and buy some gas and say "good bye".

We have decided to continue making pizza one more weekend due to the overwhelming response that we had this weekend. So, we have enough product purchased to make approximately 20 pizza's next Friday and Saturday night. We have decided to stay open past this Sunday as business has been substantially better than any previous fall. Thank you Covid-19, Lol. With that said, pre-orders for prepared foods are appreciated because our inventory is extremely low in preparation for us closing. We will sell you what we have left, so please be flexible with your orders. Next Thursday we will re-evaluate the season and decide on our new closing date, Stay tuned into FB for the latest updates. We have lots of ice and firewood and most basics but our depth of products is much thinner than during the summer. Thank You!

Just a comment from a "tired, worked hard all summer" store owner. We have never had a fall like Covid 2020 Fall. We are more than twice as busy as usual and are trying hard to keep important items in stock despite the fact that we are also preparing for our seasonal closure. We are under-staffed and are "shooting in the dark" as we make estimations on how much food to prepare. When you order in advance you give us a far greater chance to fully satisfy your expectations. If you know what you want the day before, place your order and be sure to get it. We have a bunch of customers that help us that way. Please be kind, we are all trying our best!
