It's been a long time since I posted here. It's been a wild year, and yoga and meditation have helped to keep me grounded...Most of the time ;) I recently read a Instagram post from one of my favorite Peloton instructors Kristin McGee, and she mentioned how she ran into an old friend...Instead of her friend asking her "how are you?" She asked "Are you happy?" This really struck me, and I went to work wanting to try it out. It felt awkward and I found myself going back to the old, what sometimes feels inauthentic, "How are you?" But I got a chance to try it out with my team, and it certainly makes you stop and really check in with yourself. So on this beautiful Tuesday morning I ask you: Are you happy?
