Yesterday by executive order 202.79 the Governor extended various prior Executive Orders that were set to expire, including EO 202.7 which allowed for Telenotorazation/AV Notarization/Remote Wet Signed Notarization. The use of this method is now authorized up to and including January 1, 2021.
