Exciting News! Beginning next week 6/8....We will introduce 2 new morning class times! 6:30am (Boxing55) & 8am (Boxing45) with David every Tuesday & Thursday! This will REPLACE the 9:30am class on those days! Come in and get it done early as the weather gets nicer! More exciting news to come!

You sweat with us online until we could reopen and now, we’re ready to welcome you back to the club starting August 31, 2020! Before we open, we’re outlining the new business guidelines, schedule and important updates with our members and first time guests. So, be sure to check your email or DM us with any questions. It is imperative to the health of the American public that the misinformation surrounding gyms be debunked. As Robert Sallis, MD (Director of the Sports Medicine Fellowship Program in CA) as aptly states....if you look at the list of conditions that increase the severity of covid-19 they are all DISEASES of INACTIVITY . The gyms are the only businesses with built in tracing systems. We will know immediately if covid is spreading within our walls. So far, the gyms in ...45+ states that are open HAVE NOT spread Covid. That’s a large body of data. As Americans we need to take action against this pandemic in the RIGHT WAY. Exercise is one of the most important ways. Lowering the severity of covid through exercise and improved nutrition is ESSENTIAL. So why a gym? Statistically, there is a high failure rate for people who try to go it alone for many reasons. Here’s why seeking the help of your fitness professional matters. The expertise of a fitness pro will help you achieve your goals safely. The gym offers accountability. The community and feeling of inclusivity is a massive aspect of members succes. Gyms also counsel on nutrition and many offer wellness/lifestyle coaching. At home, alone you quit way sooner than you ever would in the midst of your peers during class. If this pandemic is to have any positives then it must be the realization that Americans need a return to a healthy lifestyle. We’ve gotten away from valuing physical health. The importance of health has been debased to discussions of fat positivity and/or fat shaming. This saddens me. You are neither a better or worse individual based on your physical appearance. You are however, more vulnerable to disease, early death, lack of energy, and unable to perform certain physical tasks to name a few. Let us help you lessen those odds along with boosting your immune system and energy. I have never met one person who ever regretted improving their health. Title Family, We’re getting closer to the ultimate reunion We have some red tape to work through, though we have a zoom meeting with the office of the Suffolk County Supervisor tomorrow. We have met the 17page guideline set by the state though we are adhering to the 50page opening protocol set by The NYFC!
