Tompkins Cortland staff and students recognized Go Purple Day on campus today by wearing purple to raise awareness of domestic violence-related issues. As part ...of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the College will also: - host a taco bar and trivia at noon on October 30 with representatives from Aid to Victims of Violence and the Advocacy Center - display the Red Flag campaign, a public awareness initiative designed to prevent dating and sexual violence by raising awareness and encouraging active bystander intervention

Yesterday we lost a member of our family. Glenn was a Senior Resident Assistant and student at SUNY Cortland. She was full of light, love, joy and laughter. She loved our campus community and was passionate about fostering our community. Tonight we will be hosting a candle lighting for Glenn in the Quad at 8:30pm. Anyone that would like to celebrate Glenn's life is welcome to join.
