Another beautiful laundry room transformation. This was a laundry room and mudroom combo. It has shiplap all the way around with custom made pantry cabinet and mudroom storage cabinetry. The floor is a beautiful floral design, the countertop and floating shelving are solid butcherblock. The casing is craftsman style with flat stock and crown on top.

Heres an alternative to the common white shiplap. The customer wanted a change from the brick. We framed in the fireplace wall and added shiplap, black penny tile with gold accent, and sconces. The mantle is a solid piece of 6x8 wood that the customer found in a local saw mill and we mounted it floating with no brackets. Overall, the customer designed a sharp looking feature wall!

Another set of built-ins around a fireplace. For this one we built a seat under the window with drawers for storage and cornices above to hide the blinds and add a great decorative detail. Its all been sprayed for a beautiful smooth furniture like finish. As always we include mounting and setting up the tv for convenience.

A great way to create extra living space is to finally clean out that cluttered unused basement and make it beautiful! This was a full gut and redo. Framed it out to maximize the space to make it as functional as possible for the customers needs. We took care it start to finish, paint to flooring.

A great way to fall back in love with your house is to reimagine the space you already have. We took a dividing wall down that separated the kitchen and living room and trimmed it out with a beautiful column and panel detail. We also created a built in fireplace/bookshelf wall with the original tv wall and added natural stone veneer to give it a unique custom look. The mantel was custon made and finished to look rustic and distressed. The whole unit and opening was sprayed for a perfect finish. While we were there the customer wanted to hang a tv outside by the bar so we did that too!
