I’m sharing this post from a friend and past Tribes Hill Youth Commission Board member Gloria Martuscello Pickering.. it has been trying times for all but there has been a lot of mistreatment with our park over the last few months. We should visit our park often and treat it as our own backyard! There are so many people who have put time and effort for a clean safe place to play.... Kim Sullivan Town Clerk There have been some serious conversations at the town level about ou...r beloved park and what to do about the several complaints that have been posted on this page. IMHO, get involved. Pick up some trash. Pull some weeds. Walk on the track. Let others see you there enjoying the park. Talk to the kids that are in danger of losing a place to shoot some hoops. Explain to them that their actions will have repercussions. The park was built with teamwork, elbow grease and years of dedication and that’s exactly how it will remain open. If there are issues, let’s address them with the town or work on solutions. I for one... appreciate your humble opinion Gloria!
