I can't tell u how delighted I was 2 see the tow truck coming when we broke down just as we were starting our trip home from NY to PA on Labor Day! Next thing w...e knew the truck drivers were taking us 2 the closest repair place after advising us that it appeared 2 b a loose bolt in the front end. After getting us safely there I was advised of where the auto parts stores were & what hours they had. After notifying the owner of Triniboy Auto Repair of our vehicle being there, they also told us of hotels in the area in the event we had 2 stay in the area. The tow svc truck left, and then the owner of Triniboy himself drove up with his family! They had been on the road 2 celebrate their own holiday, then turned around 2 help a customer!!~ The situation was quickly assessed; the "Boss Lady" Roma was sent 2 the auto parts store 2 get the replacement part & it was quickly installed... During this time everyone worked quietly on a situation they had incidentally recently seen & knew immediately how 2 fix! The work being done, these folks didn't even ask 4 the money 4 the part they replaced! To top it off, they even gave us water bottles and some pears picked fresh from a tree in their lot Not 2 be corny but it felt as though the hand of a higher power was definitely at work! We seriously intend 2 stay distant pen pals with one of the most hardworking, dedicated American families I have ever had the pleasure to meet! Thank you again! See more

Hi to all reading this. I should have posted this over a week ago. This shop and team are amazing, very good at what they do and kind beyond the call of duty.... On Monday, July 27, I was travelling up to Lake George for a vacation with my family. I had a tire blowout on the street, After a long time stuck in the heat, a gentleman from ACs towing, another great guy and company, picked me and my car up and took me to Triniboy. I was amazed and thankful for their care, great work and kindness in getting what seemed like an impossible job done, not just quickly, but in time for me to make it in time for a dinner cruise that my sister had booked for us all on Lake George. I am forever grateful to Ramesh and his team for all their hard work and care / compassion. I would highly recommend this body shop.
