Yes some times a loan may require a particular inspection but general rule of thumb not required! I am a HUGE proponent of them though! ’ ’ ! People often ask me but what if I spend the money and something is wrong and I d...on’t get the house. Wouldn’t you rather know that now? An inspection is a lot less money then a 30 year mortgage! I can’t stress the importance of an inspection. KNOW WHAT YOU’RE BUYING!
