Laughing for 10 to 15 minutes burns can burn up to 40 calories. That means during your average TS session, you can burn an additional 120 calories by just having a good time .
Some days you just don’t want to workout. That’s normal. There are tons of excuses you can make for yourself (not enough time, dog ate my dumbbells, etc.). According to Coach Elvin, the key is not to search for motivation, but to work exercise into your routine.... Elvin works out 6 days per week. That might seem like a lot, but the frequency helps build exercise into a habit. By finding time to work out almost every day, working out becomes just another part of your routine. The beauty of working out almost every day is that you have plenty of chances for crappy workouts. You don’t need to go all out every workout if you exercise 6 times per week. Sometimes you just need to show up. If you’re struggling with motivation, try Elvin’s method.
Our client spotlight of the week is Drew. Drew has been training with us virtually, which has helped Drew from becoming sedentary over the past few months. He can now do pushups with his kids on his back! Training has made him feel grounded and even trained with us virtually while on a family road trip to Maine. Drew’s church is right next door to the temple that Noam and his family belong to and actually went to the same school at the same time as Noam did. When he is not running the church, you can find him spending quality time with his family.

Amy is our client spotlight of the week. Amy makes a commitment to move everyday. Whether that’s working out with Coach Chelsey, an online HIIT class, yoga, or a long walk, Amy makes sure to move! For motivation, I think working out in the morning sets me up for a better day. I make better food choices, I feel better mentally, and when I really don’t want to work out, I remind myself about how much better I’ll feel and try to pick something fun to do, said Amy.
