I preferred doing photo shoots wearing sweats!!!! Especially as I got older and had a couple kids. Didn’t have to worry about someone walking into the gym and ...staring at your butt. Haha.... this was a Reiff shot wearing Perfetto clothing when I was 40 something. This lunge is one of the best exercises for your glutes and quads and for your balance.
