Bakery Update!! If you’ve walked past the bakery recently, you may have seen us inside and wondered, When will they reopen?! The short answer is, we don’t have an exact date yet. We know, we know! We really are working on it. For almost 20 years we’ve been baking at our current UES location, effectively 24/7, closing only on Christmas and New Year’s Day. As you can imagine, our kitchen and café are ready for a little TLC! So the silver lining in this unprecedented pande...mic downtime is that we now have the time to make these improvements for our beloved staff and customers. Beyond the much-needed renovations, we’re also working on modified operational plans and store layout changes to ensure a safe operating environment for everyone. This will include online ordering (at last!), as well as other improvements, large and small. All good things take time, of course, and completing this work during a pandemic has turned out to take a bit longer than we anticipated. In the meantime, we really appreciate your patience and support and can’t wait to be back better than ever! We miss all of you, our bakery family, so much!
