Our next open tryout will be Thursday July 22nd at 6p. We are located at 1241 Ridgeway Ave Suite F in Rochester NY. To reserve your spot for the tryout the cost... will be $25 which can be made payable to [email protected] through PayPal using Friends and Family Once payment is received we will contact you and put you on our list. What you will need for the tryout is gym clothes, wrestling shoes/boots or clean athletic sneakers, water, a notebook, and a good attitude.
