Use your short-billed cycling cap to protect against sun or rain. Flip it around to protect your neck or invest in a heavy-duty cold weather cap that includes ear flaps!

If you don’t want gunk in your face, water bottle or all along your back, mudguards are a must in the cold weather months! Also, as a courtesy to anyone riding directly behind you!

The winter is coming and as some of you might hang up your bike in garage and wait for spring, the others cycling throughout the year need to get ready and dress well for the cold days.

When prepping for a cold weather ride you may feel the need to overdress. Resist the urge! You may start out cold for about 10 minutes but you’ll find that you warm up easier than you thought. Experiment with proper layers so that you don’t overheat!
