Last Monday night of our fall schedule.... Great Job to all of our Valley athletes We are excited to have our Valley Kids Care Foundations Ray of Sunshine Wall back this year....we missed having it last year. But, are very excited to continue to help those in our community with chronic or life threatening illnesses live life

It’s always so nice to have our Valley Girls come back to the gym.... yesterday Kaija stopped by~AND~ can still make a KIP!!!!!! Kaija graduated from New Hartford in 2011 and was a level 10 gymnast!! She continued her gymnastics career at George Washington University where she graduated in 2015 with a degree in International Business!! Kaija’s determination, drive, hard work ethic, fun loving personality and care for everyone in her life is witnessed by all that know her!! Loved having her back even just for a few hours
