On August 31st, in honor of International Overdose Awareness Day*, Thrive Recovery Centers will be holding an in-person gathering from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, for a r...emembrance vigil and Narcan Training. The event will be held at Robert Moses State Park at the East end of Field 5 (lighthouse side). We ask that all in attendance to respectfully wear a mask/face covering when social distancing guidelines can’t be met and to bring their own beach chair or blanket for their personal seating. Additionally, in remembrance of those we have lost to substance use disorder and overdose, the below Facebook page has been established to share photos and memories. Fridays 1pm - Thrive Everywhere Hikes - held at State Parks on Long Island (see flyer for schedule). Sundays 2pm - Gentle Flow Yoga - held at Bretton Woods Park - 50 Jane Road, Hauppauge NY.
