Francis (Fran) Moore was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation signed by Ned D. Foote-VVA New York State Council President. Nick Valenti who is the Central District Director from the New York Council and Gary Napieracz President of Chapter 377 wanted to thank him for his 34 years of service to this chapter. At this meeting we wanted to thank all the AVVA members with their own flag. Here are some pictures of the watch fire which was held on November 11 at 5:30 p.m. at the CNY Living History Museum in Cortland, New York. Lisa LaDieu sang th...e National Anthem. Also, we would like to thank Wahneta Evener and Lisa LaDieu, Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America for making the brownies and the muffins, and Coffee Mania for donating the coffee.
