Friday Night Tasting!!! Tonight we are offering a variety of options from a local Great - Dr. Konstantin Frank Dr. Frank immigrated to the US in 1951 as a Plant Science Professor taking a position at Cornell University. The dream was to bring European wine to America. However due to lack of proper rootstock and our lovely cold climate, this posed a major challenge. Never the quitter, Dr. Frank continued to research and found individuals with similar aspirations with wh...om he shared his most recent findings. Through diligence and partnership Dr. Frank succeeded in introducing America to the European Vinifera Grape allowing the inception of production. In 1962 the method allowed the winery to earn the reputation for its beloved Riesling. Stop in tonight to learn more about the inspiring history that sits in our backyard and has shaped the way grapes are grown throughout. See more

Friday Night Tasting!!! Tonight 4-7PM!!!!!! Cool down this evening with a refreshing cocktail created from the wildly popular line-up of 1911’s original spirits. Beak & Skiff is one of the few operations in the country distilling gin and vodka from apples - and we can all agree - they do it right. Mix up your usual Vodka Sodas and Gin & Tonics with your favorite flavors - Honey Crisp Vodka, Tropical Fruit Vodka, Rose Vodka, Original Gin or Orginal Vodka. Stop in tonight to sample and take home a bottle to not only support your local store, but also your local orchard/distillery!

Friday Night Tasting After the past few days we all deserve a glass of wine to close out this week. Tonight from 4-7PM we are show casing yet another local winery, Long Point Winery based out of Aurora NY. With so many award-recognized wines, we could not pick just one! Their Red Zinfandel gives tastes of blackberries, anise, coffee and a hint of dark chocolate (YUM!). Or for our White Flavor pallets we wanted to share three options - Pinot Grigio filles the mouth with... passion fruit, papaya and melon. Their Semi-Dry Riesling also shares a melon taste with citrus and crisp green apple. Finally for dessert, try the Vidal Blanc giving the pallet tastes of apricot, mango and melon. Long Point Winery is known for their dryer side, which is a differentiator within our predominantly sweeter side Finger Lakes Region. Hope to see you all this evening to kick-off this much needed weekend! See more
