I wanted to share with my clients what helped me through 2020. I spent most of my days trying to figure out a way to balance the mind, body, and soul. Tomorrow I will be doing a Wim Hof workshop and will take my 1st ice bath. This may not sound like a big deal, but for me, this will be the first step to leaving my comfort zone, facing my fears, and becoming more in tune with my body's cues.
