Located on West End, three blocks from the Ithaca Commons, LIV 327 SENECA will be the first of many affordable housing projects Visum plans to bring to the Ithaca community. Boise’s newest mixed-use building is about to break ground. Visum Development Group is beginning construction on the Vanguard, a 75-unit, 8-story residential building in the heart of Downtown Boise, adjacent to the Basque Block, and a mere 150 feet from Trader Joe’s. Last month, Todd, our CEO, joined a panel of real estate experts to discuss industry insights at the Chamber of Commerce's Networking @ Noon Event. Todd and his fellow panelists John Guttridge of Urban Core LLC and Johannah Anderson of @ithacanhs , each provided their unique perspectives on the greatest challenges and opportunities the Ithaca Real Estate Market faces today. Todd expressed that while developers have been filling the pipeline with affordable housing and market-rate developments, Ithaca still has a large need for workforce housing, which would provide homes for families making between 80%-120% of Area Median Income.

Meet our COO: Following more than 10 years of professional architecture experience, Laura obtained a Masters Degree in Real Estate from Cornell, which has enabled her to attain a career that combined her passions for design, construction, and finance. As Visum’s Chief Operating Officer, Laura directs Visum’s corporate strategy and identifies new development opportunities while providing analytical support for current and potential developments. #wearevisum
