We are reopening soon then we thought! We are phase 1. Starting next week. We have been messaging and calling people all day today and will be doing it for the next couple days and reopening starting next week I asked please to be patient and we will get to you as soon as we can we want to get all of the doggies and kitties and for their well-being and do it in a safe way.

We will be starting to make call tomorrow because the Capital Region will be reopening phase one. So we will be rescheduling, messaging and calling so that we are ready when Phase 2 starts please be patient with us it will take a little bit to get through our huge list of clients.

We are part of phase 2!!! There will be some temporary changes for Wagatail and how we check in and check out clients and payment. When we get dates on when we can reopen we will post. We will also be rescheduling, calling and messaging everybody that needs an appointment. When we get the green light to open our doors again, we ask everyone to continue to be patient with us. We also are going to be crazy busy. We are going to up our scale and be open 6 days a week just to ...keep up with everyone's needs. So Monday -Friday and Sundays. We totally understand we have a lot of doggies and kitties that are in desperate need. Also please understand that we may require additional time grooming your pet and may also have additional charges. We will do the best to make the grooming on what you want but safety comes first we only want the best care for every pet that comes in here. Finally but not least.... please work with us and follow any and all safety protocols and social distancing measures that we and our state has put into place. I cannot tell you how excited we are to get back to work and make everybody a pretty and comfortable again. Thanks for everybody that has been patient and we will see you soon
