Todays project,tank moving day!!! Thanks to Dave Clark an three of his men, Our group of three, the 4000 gal tank was moved out of milk house,down the lane,pulled upon trailor, straped down an on the road around one. Its new home at a farm in Benn.VT. To be installed next week, where we will pull out the 2750 gal. tank an bring in theoo 4000 gal.will be milking in it by noon.

We where excited today to be working for Westminister farm. Moving one vsd 10 hp vac.pump into number 2 parlor,an installing a vsd 15 hp vac.pump in main parlor. It was great working with uall today ! Dairy Works Inc.

High Meadow of Hoosick Is where we started this week on their Dairy Master swing parlor. Stainless Steel Curbing is the first to be set into place, Uncle Dan,Mike,Rick,Johnny An myself. Rick our tig welder taced the stainless so we all could drill concrete an lag curb to the floor. Thank you to Hos-cot builders for the percise mesurments to concrete building an plans.... Than came the D posts which the parlor is built and messured from. The posts are taced to stainless plates holding curbing,we also set up the entrence guillotine gates,with out the gate for now due to weight,in time more posts will be set and anchored into dirt than concrete will be poured. This week's project,a rapid exit front end, double twelve parallel parlor. The bolts an bushings where braking out of aluminum channel,than channel is beating down on I.D.readers wireing,(right side picture)12 readers on a side an one per stall, about 1200.00 a reader. Left picture,we raised aluminum channels up a half inch to keep channels from holding up stalls,repaired during wash cycles,not to hold up milking,all readers sending information back to Computersystem. If you have this style stall put this on your maintenance list to check for ware or stress cracks. Servicing our American Dairy Farms Dairy Works inc
