June 23rd COVID-19 Data Update Good day everyone, As of this post, Wayne County Public Health can confirm that our total number of positive cases of COVID-19 is now at 5,346. We can confirm that we had 1 new cases since our last report (6/22), and 1 previous case has been transferred to the correct county of residence.... Numbers in parentheses will represent the change in data since our last report. Out of our 5,346 positive cases, we have 5,289 (+2) cases resolved/recovered, 5 (-2) cases remain active and recovering, and we have had 52 deaths of people related to COVID-19. Currently, we have 4 (+1) cases in need of hospitalization. To date, Wayne County Public Health has administered 11,616 first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, and 11,142 individuals have been fully vaccinated specifically through WCPH Clinics. GET THE REAL FACTS ABOUT THE VACCINE, AND HELP ACHIEVE COMMUNITY IMMUNITY BY GETTING VACCINATED!!EMAIL [email protected] WITH QUESTIONS!! (Due to policy, comments will not receive a reply from WCPH. June 22nd COVID-19 Data Update Good day everyone, As of this post, Wayne County Public Health can confirm that our total number of positive cases of COVID-19 is now at 5,346. We can confirm that we had 11 new cases since our last report (6/17), and 0 cases have been transferred to the correct county of residence.... Numbers in parentheses will represent the change in data since our last report. Wayne County Public Health is saddened to report 2 new COVID-19 deaths among Wayne County residents since our last report. Out of our 5,346 positive cases, we have 5,287 (+9) cases resolved/recovered, 7 (+1) cases remain active and recovering, and we have had 52 (+2) deaths of people related to COVID-19. Currently, we have 3 (-5) cases in need of hospitalization. To date, Wayne County Public Health has administered 11,616 (+37) first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, and 11,142 (+19) individuals have been fully vaccinated specifically through WCPH Clinics. Wayne County Public Health will continue to offer Walk In COVID-19 Vaccinations on Wednesdays from 1 pm-4 pm at the Public Health office located at 1519 Nye Road Lyons, NY. This week's vaccine offerings will feature Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson Vaccine. No appointment is necessary, first and second doses will be administered. Please email all questions) As of this post, Wayne County Public Health can confirm that our total number of positive cases of COVID-19 is now at 5,334. We can confirm that we had 0 new cases since our last report (6/16), and 0 cases have been transferred to the correct county of residence. Numbers in parentheses will represent the change in data since our last report. Out of our 5,334 positive cases, we have 5,278 (+2) cases resolved/recovered, 6 (-2) cases remain active and recovering, and we have had 50 deaths of people related to COVID-19. Currently, we have 8 cases in need of hospitalization. To date, Wayne County Public Health has administered 11,579 (+24) first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, and 11,123 (+55) individuals have been fully vaccinated specifically through WCPH Clinics. Wayne County Public Health will be offering Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine for anyone 12 and older and J and J vaccine for anyone 18 and over who would like to get vaccinated at Williamson High School in the Cafeteria on Thursday, 6.17 from 2-5:00 pm. Pre-registration for Pfizer is encouraged, to pre-register go to tinyurl.com/ap9vsxut Parental consent is needed for anyone 12-17. No appointment or pre-registration is needed for J and J vaccine.
