Our company was faced with a very challenging litigation. We retained the Wei group to represent us. The claims against our company, while untrue, were potentially devastating. In our darkest hour, Eric was able to strategize and execute a brilliant action plan, which achieved all of our goals and got the plaintiffs suit dismissed. We had a challenging situation in that one partner did not want to have an operating agreement signed at all after a project had started. We were at the mercy of state default laws for an LLC that had gone through a reorg. The relations became contentious and there was a concern about IP theft. Eric was able to navigate these waters and successfully get an operating agreement signed. I continue to be beyond impressed. Then later this partner wanted to step down and take the IP. Again, Eric was able to successfully navigate volatile waters in a clear, firm but neutral manner as to not cause anymore disruption to an already challenging situation.
