When Alexa doesn’t understand your request - you figure out a new way to ask her, you don’t continue to repeat the same phrase over and over again. If you know someone with hearing loss the same thing should remain true: don’t repeat - rephrase. #alexa #rephrasenotrepeat #hearingloss #clarityiskey #hearbetter #livebetter #weloveears #fyzical

NON-SURGICAL SPINAL DECOMPRESSION THERAPY Available In Watertown Office!! Most Health Insurances Accepted Spinal Decompression is a gentle procedure, using state-of-the-art technology to treat pain in the neck, back or extremities related to a spine injury. Mild distractive forces unload the spine to promote increased blood flow and nutrient exchange in damaged tissue.... Patients will experience several cycles of stretching and relaxation generally resulting in decreased pain. Typical sessions last about 15 minutes and are used in conjunction with other aspects of physical therapy treatment such as heat/cold therapy, electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, therapeutic exercise and manual therapy. With this treatment, the goal is to help heal the disc while improving muscular support of the neck and back. Clinical results are effective in a large majority of patients. Most patients find long-term relief or effective management of their pain when they complete their entire physical therapy program. Conditions shown to benefit from Spinal Decompression: Lower Back Pain Neck Pain Sciatica Pinched Nerve Radiating pain into arms or legs Herniated/bulging disc Degenerative Disc Disease Many other symptoms related to damaged discs, spinal stenosis and other syndromes of the spine Contact us at (315) 786-3225 to schedule an appointment for traction therapy in Watertown.

TUESDAY TIP It’s Tip Tuesday and today we are going to talk about hearing aid batteries. There are 4 different sizes of hearing aid batteries: 10 ... 312 13 675 Regardless of battery size the batteries need time to charge once they are activated. Hearing aid batteries will have a protective sticker on them, and once that is removed the battery is activated. It is best to let the batteries sit with their stickers off for about 2-5 minutes before closing the battery doors to your hearing aids. Letting the batteries sit and fully charge will help get the most life out of the batteries. If your supply of batteries is running low, stop by the office or contact us to mail a box out to stock up!
