So very sorry folks. Due to a family emergency we will not be in open house mode this weekend. The equipment store will be open as will the sugarhouse but tours and hayrides will be unavailable. Again we apologize if you were planning on coming out but we will be ready next week.

This is one of our 2 filter presses we use to filter our syrup until it's crystal clear. The boiling process condenses minerals making it cloudy. We have 2 so that when one plugs up we can switch to another.
