White Star Shepherds

White Star Shepherds is pleased to confirm the pregnancy of Sophia and Tatsu. Litter due October 7, 2017. Our co-own, Nero, from this combination took his UKC Champion status and Reserve Best in Show at the age of 6 months, first time in the show ring. We anticipate many more champions with this upcoming litter as well.

All in the special needs community know that things change very quickly. After the Special Paddle aired on the news, we were contacted to see if we were interes...ted in a "special needs" puppy. Why not? It's very appropriate. White Star Shepherds and Victorious White Shepherds are connected in the WNY community. Cindy Goss from White Star Shepherds had offered us a puppy from Milania's next litter to be trained as a therapy dog for our Fantastic Friends. Lena Ralston from Victorious White Shepherds asked us to consider a six week old white shepherd of hers, that she would donate. Along with Cindy Goss, we went to visit Lena and her beautiful dogs. Her pup, presently known as Junebug has a medical condition, Mega E, her case is mild. This is an enlarged esophagus, she has to be fed a special way and she may outgrow it. This is a medical condition only, and will not affect her ability to be a therapy dog. We will come up with appropriate names for her, along with their meaning and will create a poll so our Fantastic Friends can take part in naming their puppy. For now here is a picture.
