Hello! John & Nancy Scordo are very excited to finally announce the opening of Windmill Acres, a brand new barn wedding venue in Watertown, NY. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from downtown, the private 15 acre lot borders corn fields and farmland, making it a unique backcountry gem within city’s reach. Hand-built by the owner himself, the beautifully rustic post & beam barn supports 30 ft ceilings, with hanging wagon wheel light fixtures. Huge 20 ft sliding doors create a seamless transition between the barn, and the stone fire pit and Amish style windmill just outside. Accommodating up to 250 seated guests, the venue includes tables, chairs, seating for outdoor ceremonies, dance floor, bar, restrooms, wifi, ample parking, and a space for catering use. We look forward to making your special day the best it can be!
