The new NYC Congestion Surcharge is taking effect starting tomorrow, Saturday, February 2nd. All transportation service companies will be required to collect the following fees on New York State’s behalf from all passengers whose travel begins and ends in New York State, and passes through any area of Manhattan below 96th St. In regards to For-Hire Vehicles (like Winston), a $2.75 fee applies per-ride. You will see this surcharge as a separate amount on the reservations you receive from Winston for all applicable travel. Thank you.
