I write this as I finish my last bite of cheesecake that I bought from a fundraiser (it was delicious by the way) Holidays and holiday food are upon us. Maybe it’s time we rethink how we do Christmas... Over 50% of holiday shoppers either overspend their holiday budget or do not set one at all. Little man did great on his first plane ride. He enjoyed putting his toes in the sand, but wasn’t too impressed with the sand in his mouth after he tried to eat the seashell. He had a lot of fun trying to climb the stairs in our massive house since we live in a ranch. ... And his favorite spot was the hot tub. After not vacationing last year while I was pregnant and the stress of this year, this time spent outside by the water was exactly what was needed.

Eggs and sugar! No not baking ingredients... it is thought that around age 35-40 women’s egg start to lose vitality (ya know, advanced maternal age who came up with that term!?) and with that comes more chromosomal abnormalities in those eggs. ... So a few changes...... -We will take your payment at the end of your session now because we need to open your chart to accept payment. -We can capture credit cards, debit cards, HSA, FSA cards for a secure touchless check out method. -You will be required to keep a card on file to book any appointments, whether online, over the phone, or in person. -We will be enforcing our 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not reschedule or cancel your session with at least 12 hours notice, you will be charged our $25 cancellation fee. **As we make the transition we have had a few credit card declines, it has nothing to do with your credit card, and more to do with our new merchant account. We have learned that when you start a new merchant account your credit history starts over. We apologize for this inconvenience and will still use Square as needed until it is resolved.

TTC and not sure about lubrication? Most over-the-counter lubricants have been shown to negatively affect sperm motility (movement). A safe choice is Preseed lubricant. ... Commonly used lubricants have been shown to negatively affect sperm motility in vitro. Over-the-counter lubricants including Astroglide, KY Jelly, and Replens have been shown in multiple studies to adversely affect sperm motility at a variety of concentrations (48). One study showed sperm to be immotile after 15 minutes of exposure to these lubricants (8). So while it will not exactly boost your fertility, it will not harm it. It is that time of the year where we all find ourselves imbibing in a bit too much alcohol What does this mean if you're TTC? How much is ok? How much it too much? ... Studies have shown that even a moderate intake of alcohol, less than 5 drinks per week, could prolong the time it takes to conceive. But the good news is that less than 3 drinks per week didn’t seem to have too much of an effect. We know alcohol isn’t a healthy habit to have and once you are pregnant you won’t be drinking anyway... so reducing your intake now to less than 3 drinks per week could speed up the time it takes to conceive! The probability of conception in a menstrual cycle decreased with increasing alcohol intake in women, even among those drinking five or fewer drinks a week. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC28642/
