Woodstock Fire Department responded this weekend to assist Diaz Ambulance during a time of multiple calls for their agency. Also during that time assisting them, Woodstock handed their own medical emergency in the Town.

Tonight, 12/27/2020, the Woodstock Fire Department responded to an injured hiker on the Comeau Trails. Patient contact was made with the patient and moved from the woods for transport. In the last 72 hours the Woodstock Fire Department has responded to over 40 emergency calls.

Request for Sealed Bids Sale of Surplus Apparatus ... The Woodstock Board of Fire Commissioners is seeking sealed bids for the sale of a 1992 IH 4900 fire engine pumper. Details include a 1,000 tank and pump, 11,143 miles, 957 hours. Sealed bids must be delivered to 242 Tinker St., Woodstock, NY, or mailed to PO Box 483, Bearsville, NY 12409 by January 14, 2021 at 7:30pm at which time they will be opened and read aloud publicly. A little rain didn't stop you Woodstock first responders. Last night, Christmas Eve, Woodstock Fire Dept responded to an odor of smoke in a commercial building. Units arrived in just a few minutes and quickly mitigated the situation. The Woodstock Fire Department also responded to several weather related emergencies throughout the night.
