In this four week course, students will gain the confidence and ability to paint any kind of hair. Meredith Rosier starts her new online session of The Drawing Galaxy on Tuesday, July 6th. This always popular course offers a joy ride into abstraction for both beginner and seasoned artists. Each week, artist/instructor Meredith Rosier presents abstraction through international artist books to view and discuss formal elements such as line quality, movement, form and color. Working with Meredith and from her prompts exploring surface, texture, and color, students will forge new ground that will add visible breadth to their repertoire. School aprons are back!

Check out this gorgeous new print by Lisa Mackie! Lisa starts her next session of Printing Without a Press on Tuesday, February 2nd. In this class, she will chronicle the unique print through multiple reactivated and drawn again images. Endless variations will be created using single and multiple print matrixes. Artists will find it exciting to take this course more than once. Discover fresh personal imagery through print progressions! Each session will include a major phase ...of the print project. Drawing, Matisse once said, is like making an expressive gesture with the advantage of permanence. In Keith Gunderson's Expressive Figure class, you will make an expressive gesture within your drawing practice by exploring the human figure as a theme in one’s personal expression. This one-hour Zoom session coaches the figure drawing enthusiast past the challenges of technique and towards finding one’s artistic voice, starting with twenty minutes of drawing from the model in a variety of poses and then moving through a series of illustrated lectures and top down video demonstrations.
