This is Woof’s new rescue girl, Annie 7+ year old, 14 lb. Maltese mix, looking for a new loving home where she can relax and feel safe again. It’s apparent that she has been abused somewhat, and has spent a lot of her life in a cage.... She now loves to walk back and forth through her foster mom’s home, giving her little legs some exercise. Annie is blind in one eye, and mostly deaf, but gets around very well. She is becoming more housetrained, and likes to wander down the street on her walks. She has a little arthritis, but a daily chewy is starting to help a lot. Annie has no aggression with dogs or cats, likes being petted on her head and back, and needs to be loved. Annie has all her shots, is heartworm negative, and is waiting for a dog-knowledgeable, loving person to give her the time and patience to know she’ll never be hurt again. A precious one year old, 18 pound Shiba Inu/Sheltie mix. * Daisy is great with kids, family and other dogs playful and loving. * She is currently living in New York City and has become fearful of the street noises that accompany life here, so Woof is helping her find a new adoptive family outside the city, * She’d love a house in a suburban setting, with a yard for her to run and play. ... * She uses wee-wee pads when in the home, and is spayed and up-to-date on all vaccinations. * She has no bite history and is currently on medication to control her fears, but hopefully she won’t need them in a calmer and quieter environment. I’m a bit timid until I get to know you, though, I’m sweet as pie and I don’t show any aggression. I sleep snuggled up in bed with my foster mom and I would do best in a quiet home with family who are around a lot. It’s my dream to have a yard to wander around in.
