Last night in Tween class I gave out some homework for this coming week. We all chose something small that we want to have a bigger appreciation for. The example I gave is a glass of water. We take that for granted that it’s just always available and we don’t always appreciate what it does for our bodies and where it really comes from. This is an example of adding more mindfulness into our lives. Also a big shout out to Emme! She is one of our Tween students that joins us via Zoom. She’s working on her shoulder stand here! We love having her and can’t wait for her to be able to join us in the studio. #tweenyoga #massenayogastudio
