Outdoor classes resume tomorrow! See you at 10am tomorrow and Sunday at the @31staveopenstreet

Beginning tonight, our weekday 31st Ave classes will be moved to Athens Square Park. We will meet under the holiday tree for practice Monday - Friday at 11am and 6pm. Saturday and Sunday 9am classes will continue to meet on 31st Ave for now. The Department of Transportation has decided to suspend weekday street closures during the winter months. If you would like to see the @31staveopenstreet return this spring please contact Councilmember @costa4ny to express your support.We also send a heartfelt thanks to local activist @evie4us for working tirelessly to make the Open Street concept as accommodating as possible!

We are partnering with our neighbors at Hands On Physical Therapy for Breast Cancer Awareness month. Please consider making a donation and visiting them for a free screening. We are offering a free yoga class to the first 10 people that sign up for a screening!

UPDATE: Reopening postponed. The New York City Department of Health has contacted us to begin an inspection of our studio. In their correspondence this morning, they have decided to halt the reopening of indoor fitness classes. They define a fitness class as an activity with two or more participants led by an instructor. Under this new guidance we will have to postpone the reopening of our physical studio until further word from local officials. We apologize to those of you w...ho were eager to practice with us indoors. We will continue all of our outdoor and online classes, and we will happily refund those of you who have already signed up for studio classes. Thank you as always for your patience through unexpected changes. We will keep you updated with news as it comes. . . . We’re excited to welcome you back into the space on Wednesday!
