Seated forward bend, Paschimottanasana Good stretches for hamstrings and lower back. Challenging and meditative at the same time. If your lower back is tight, seat on the folded blanket or a block. If your hamstrings are tight, bend your knees. A strap behind the the balls of feet would help greatly. 1. Sit bones on the ground and straight spine. 2. Stay or hinge forward with the long spine.... 3. Arms up to challenge or by your legs still straightening the spine. 4. Round your spine and go deeper for your hamstrings. 5.
