What a year it has been! With so much stress to endure, we continue to be inspired by the integrity and strength of those around us. We are thankful for the incredible trust and support from our patients. And an amazing team! In observance of Thanksgiving, our office will be closed from Thursday Nov. 25th to Monday Nov. 30th. We will resume regular office hours on Tuesday Dec. 1st at 10am. However, if you have a dental emergency, don’t hesitate to call. Happy thanksgiving to all!

She’s eager to get to know and take care of our amazing patient family! Our wonderful Sà Gaines will be greatly missed while she spend more time to take care of her family.

Some days are long and hard. It often saddens me how Covid has changed our ways of practicing dentistry. It is easy to get overwhelmed with all the uncertainties. But, at the end of the day, I am thankful to still be doing what I love and loving what I do. It truly brings me peace and joy when I sit down to talk to or take care of a patient. A special shoutout to this amazing woman! Danielle has been incredibly supportive and multitasking like no other! Some changes are taking place in our team. Stay tuned for more updates! Dear patients, Thank you for your continued patience while we ready our team and the office to serve your dental needs again. Your safety is our top priority. In addition to our usual rigorous cleaning and disinfection protocols, we are implementing the following: - Medical grade HEPA air filtration units - Barrier systems to contain aerosols - Properly fitted PPEs for all staff ... - Daily screenings for COVID-19 exposure and symptoms for all staff members In accordance to CDC and ADA guidelines, you should expect the following changes: - All magazines, toys, beverages and other commonly touched items have been removed - Furnitures have been rearranged in the reception area to allow proper social distancing - Appointments are been spaced out to allow proper disinfection in between patients. We also kindly ask you to do the following: - Be ready to complete a COVID-19 wellness screening prior to your appointment - Call our office upon arrival in your vehicle. A staff member will escort you into the office - Be ready to have your temperature taken upon arrival - Always wear a mask or facial covering inside the office except while receiving treatment - Maintain social distance with our staff and other patients - Come to your visit without unnecessary companions We are working diligently on rescheduling your cancelled appointments. Friends and patients, we have been given the green light by governor Cuomo to start routine dental services as of June 1st, 2020. Currently, our team is diligently working on preparing the office to safely serve your dental needs. We appreciate your patience as we implement the changes and improvements required to ensure everyone's safety throughout the office. Even though we are still under state wide mandatory closure. I can still see you when dental emergencies arise. Please don’t hesitate to call or message when you feel like something might be wrong. I’m always available to talk to you! Just finished seeing an emergency patient at the office, and realized how much I really miss work and the good old normal days... Miss you guys too Danielle Marie and Sà Gaines On a happier note, these beautiful orchids just bloomed for the second time, with more on the way! They are gifts from our grand opening a year ago. Today is also earth day. We took a lovely hike in the beautiful linear park. What a hidden gem right here in penfield! We were pleased to see so many signs of spring despite this snow on the ground this morning I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy!

Walked in the park with the kids on this beautiful sunny day. They were so ecstatic!! Everyday we are realizing just how much we took for granted pre-COVID... On the other hand, I’ve been exploring my inner chef these days cooking 3 meals a day. If anything, I’m definitely coming out of quarantine as a better chef (most definitely with major weight gain)

Exactly one year ago You Dental opened its doors. It was one of the proudest moments of my life. Since then, we have met and befriended so many wonderful people in our community. Never have I imagined that we’d be celebrating our one year anniversary in quarantine! I miss my work family, and the smiling faces of our amazing patients! Nonetheless, I feel incredibly lucky that I’m quarantining safely with loved ones during this difficult time. Everything happens for a reason. M...ay this humbling experience make all of us stronger and bring us closer. May we come out of this with a better understanding of ourselves and the relationships with those around us. May we take the opportunity to re-evaluate our priorities in life and appreciate the little things... Happy one year birthday You Dental.
