Meet our newest addition to the ZYOGA Family... AMY TOBIN! Extraordinary spotlight and seasoned teacher!!! JOIN AMY CHRISTMAS EVE, GUEST TEACHING THURSDAY AT 9:30AM LIVESTREAM WITH ENCORE REPLAY TO FOLLOW! Amy has been practicing yoga in NYC since 2000 and completed the 500 hour Professional Teacher Training Program at Yogaworks. She seeks to help her students find balance and stability in their physical bodies, and a gentleness in their thoughts. Her classes combine the c...hallenge of movement through vinyasa, with an emphasis on body alignment. She encourages students to link breath with movement, and to explore the benefits of yoga at their own pace. Amy believes that yoga like life should be approached with warmth, and a bit of humor.
