This will be my last post on this page-just wanted to acknowledge and show respect to Capital Power Yoga's owner and lead instructor, Christa Switzer! We had an amazing team of instructors, who I loved meeting and working with. I can not wait until we can all work together again!

Capital Power Yoga has enjoyed sharing the magic of yoga to all our friends and family in 2018. As 2019 begins we be will offering private lessons but will no longer be holding group classes at our schenectady location. With the recent addition to our family, Mike and I are redirecting our energy to focus on my private practice and our little Sophia.
