Mental Wellness Check-In (courtesy Today Show): Are you suffering from crisis fatigue? Signs and symptoms could include insomnia, oversleeping, anxiety, irritability or trouble with making decisions. There are a few things that can help, but one expert recommends creating (and following!) a routine. Find a new routine and stick to it as much as possible, said Alexandra Finkel, a licensed clinical social worker in New York City. Routine and predictability are a powerful antidote to crisis because they create stability. Think about small ways you can create routines, like eating breakfast at the same time every day, designating specific working hours/days, watching a television show with your family. #AlfredU #PROTECTtheLUX
