KDW ASSISTED CHIEF CASCANETTE IN DEVELOPING THE BLACK RIVER/ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY POLICE ACADEMY. ALTHOUGH CHIEF CASCANETTE MOVED OUT OF THE AREA AND WAS NOT ACTIVE HE WAS ALWAYS A STRONG SUPPORTER OF AMERICAN KANG DUK WON. HIS OBITUARY IS ATTACHED. PLEASE REMEMBER HIM IN YOUR PRAYERS. A sincere thank you to all who participated in the Festival of Trees wrap up, from YMCA CEO Mrs. Young and Director Mr. Rowell. You all did a great job. It is always amazing to see the efficiency and diligence displayed when you work. Your part in the event is important and really appreciated. Your time and effort will help many children in the area. Remind the students that the Festival of Trees wrap up is this Sunday, December 6, 2020 at 1:00 PM. This is a good way to do something at Christmas that benefits the children in the community. It's also a way to get in the Christmas spirit. Masks must be worn at all times. Gloves are recommended. No handshakes, fist or elbow bumps. Avoid contact as much as possible. This year the trees will not need to be moved after they are wrapped. Should make the job go quickly.... Location is the old Stream Building, 146 Arsenal Street, Watertown. Across from the court house. Stay safe and think positive. We are close to getting back to normal. See you Sunday.
