Providing exceptional real estate service has always been my top priority, but right now, it's the health and safety of my clients, family, friends, and our community as a whole. At Coldwell Banker, we already have a very strong digital platform in place, so I am well-equipped to serve my clients virtually, even during these challenging times. New Listings Our exclusive marketing program enables me to reach potential buyers quickly to get the news out when a new property ...hits the market, ranging from a property tour video and dedicated property website to online advertising, customized email distribution, mailed property announcements and a digital area REALTOR notification. Property Showings I can show properties virtually using video and apps to keep both sellers and buyers safe while still showcasing a home’s unique features. Your Home's Value I can send you a detailed report showing your home’s value as well as comparable homes that have sold nearby. Market Updates If you want to learn more about how real estate is doing in your area, I can send you a weekly Market Report detailing activity to keep you fully informed.
FROM THE ROCKLAND COUNTY BUSINESS JOURNAL SBA Loans Of Up To $2 Million For Small Businesses Now Open Business Industry Latest News Living... March 20, 2020 rcbizjournal COVID-19 UPDATE Rockland County businesses can now apply for low-interest disaster recovery loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). On St. Patrick’s Day, Sen. David Carlucci joined local small business owners in Rockland to call on the State and federal government to work together to offer access to the loans through the SBA. Many businesses are now shuttered following the State’s mandated closure of malls, restaurants, bars, movie theaters, and gyms in the wake of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Small businesses that are severely financially impacted by the coronavirus can now apply for a loan of up to $2 million in assistance. Senator David Carlucci said, Our small businesses are being gravely impacted by the coronavirus, said Carlucci. We must offer them relief, and I applaud the State and federal government for working together to deliver access to these loans for Rockland and Westchester County small businesses. If small businesses would like to apply for an SBA loan, they can go to: https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela/. If businesses need additional information, please contact the SBA disaster assistance customer service center at 1-800-659-2955 (TTY: 1-800-877-8339) or e-mail [email protected] See more
