Let me tell you story about a man that has the world and not afraid to share it!... So, I met with a business owner the other day to see how we could help each other out, and while we were talking, he said he wanted to hire me. I told him I already own a business and couldn’t be happier than where I’m at doing what I’m already doing. Plus, he couldn’t afford me. He said everyone has a price, so what would I need to do to get you over here? I said:... 1. First, I would like residual income on virtually every product I sell, regardless of volume, and I want to see that percentage get higher as I improve and advance. 2. I would like to be able to offer a greater line of products than my competitors can offer so I have a competitive advantage over everyone. 3. I expect you to provide me with free over-the-phone, in-office, and hands-on training. 4. When I help hire and train any new sales people, I want to be compensated a percentage of their sales, not from their paycheck, but from the company’s profits. 5. I would like the opportunity to rapidly advance within the company, based on my own merit, without having to wait for my boss to get promoted, fired, transferred, etc. 6. When I do well, I expect lots of praise and recognition, special awards, free vacations for me AND my spouse, and cash bonuses. 7. I would like the ability to hire whomever I want. 8. If the state has any licensing requirements for me to work there, I want you to pay for, or at least reimburse me for the vast majority of the costs associated with obtaining those licenses. 9. I need to set my own schedule and work only when it suits me. That way I can start spare-time or part-time and transition to full-time when I am ready. 10. If I decide to go full-time and open my own office or franchise, I want to be able to have full ownership of that office, with the ability to eventually choose whether I want to collect a residual income from my business for the rest of my life or sell my business as a whole. Also I want free stock given to me every time I help someone get promoted and also when they open their own office... So... when can I start? After the owner recovered from shock, he ROARED with laughter, "Dude, you can't be serious! You're dreaming! You'll never find an opportunity like that ANYWHERE! And if you do come back & get me cuz' I want to work with you!" So I gave him MY business card.
