Yesterday we said goodbye to Billy, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day for it. The sky was clear, and the sun was so bright that the warmth of it felt like his smile. In the past week we have been overwhelmed by all of the support and love we’ve seen from everyone. We’ve been in business for over 20 years and while we always knew so many of you were behind us, we are still humbled by the outpouring of messages we’ve received. Even though Billy is gone, and ...we will always miss him desperately, we want to assure you that B&B Plumbing and Heating is not going anywhere. This business meant the world to Billy as it does to every one of us, so we have no intention of changing how we operate. Billy was our fearless leader and he put all the workings in place to make sure we can keep operating just as well as we always have. We are, as we always have been, committed to giving you top-tier service and attention. You can still call us whenever you need help with your plumbing or HVAC, our 24/7 emergency line is still active, and all of our staff is here and ready to serve you. The next chapter of our journey starts today, and we plan on moving forward with the strength of Billy in our hearts. See more

Our service tech, Greg Johnson, is on a roll! He received another glowing review from Marie that we just have to share. "I want to let you know about the exemplary customer service experience I had a few weeks ago from Greg. He arrived at the appointed time and was friendly and warm. When we attempted to go in the home (which I own, but was rented at the time) there were two dogs present and the renters were out. He worked with me in a collaborative and fun-spirited manner ...to get the dogs both outside in the backyard. This required quite a bit, me going inside to lure the dogs out and then him sort of calling to them from outside the gate so that they entered the backyard; then, of course, we had to do the same to get them back in at the end. The plumbing issue was quickly resolved. The part I was most impressed with was his patience and evenness. This could have been a frustrating situation, but he was ready to help (in a way that maintained his safety) and collaborative. I was and am really appreciative. I want you to know that because of his demeanor, I will definitely call B&B next time I have a need for plumbing or heating services."
