Welcome back! We have been working so hard all weekend to get schedules in order and everyone booked! We are so excited to see all of you! A few things we wanted to remind everyone as the numbers in our area rise: Please call 633-7546 upon arrival. We ask that you remain in your vehicle until your precise appointment time and contact the front desk who will make sure your tech and their station is sanitized and ready to take you. ... Please have your mask on and over your mouth and nose when entering the building and during the duration of your appointment. If you are getting color done a disposable mask or one you are ok with getting color on can be helpful. Please do not bring food or drink into the spa as eating and drinking requires mask removal and that is not permitted. Please come alone to your appointment as we have a set capacity limit. Certain exceptions may apply such as caregivers and parents/guardians Temps will be taken upon arrival and a contact tracing sheet will need to be filled out at each and every appointment. Please reschedule your appointment if you are not well and/or have a fever. We are working with limited schedules so please book your appointments in advance so we will be sure to accommodate you. *Cancelations made with less than a 24 hour notice can be subject to a cancellation fee.* Thank you again for your continued support. We can’t thank you all enough for your patience and support as we have been navigating through this pandemic as a small business. As I’m sure you have heard we are allowed to open at 25% capacity and we will all be tested weekly. We will continue to use the guidance provided to ensure we are as safe as possible. Please be patient with us as we figure out staffing and schedules as normally this is the most busy time of year and we are only able to work with limited staff ...on hand. Gov. Cuomo will be announcing new zones on Monday and we are hoping for a good outcome however, things change so rapidly and that leaves the long term future unknown. BeautyQuest staff will be in the office on Wednesday and Friday’s and ready to take appointments at that time. Just call 633-7546 Renters will be alternating the other days of the week. I’ve been an Aesthetician for the last 14.5 years and in the beauty industry for about 16. My passion has always been skin care, makeup, and anything else having to do with helping women look and feel their best. Attention valued clients of BeautyQuest! Thank you for being patient as we navigate through this time together. We have decided to finally open our doors for Phase 2: Hair cut and Color. We have our opening day set for June 15th! We can’t wait to see you all. Your staff at BeautyQuest

We want to start off by thanking all of you for your patience and support as we navigate through this difficult time. To help with some confusion we would like to outline a few points that can be found on the NYS government web page: At this time WNY is not cleared to move on to phase 2. ... There is not a specific date announced as to when phase 2 will begin. That could change once Gov Cuomo speaks today but that is as of now. Phase 2 is hair only. No spa services are allowed. That includes nails, waxing, facials, lashes etc. We will not be taking ANY appointments for hair or spa services until we have a better idea of guidelines and when spa services are able to open. We will keep all of you updated as we receive more information. During this time, we will be working at keeping our staff up to par on covid-19 sanitation methods and hopefully opening our doors soon! Happy Mother’s Day weekend to all the mama’s and moms to be.

Today we honor the people on the front lines. Our heros. Brave and amazing Nurses. The ones who recently went in blind, scared of the unknown, stressed, saddened by so much loss around them. Wearing masks for 12-13 hours a day without a complaint. Masks so tight they mark up and bruise their faces. Even with the fear of being infected or infecting their families they still went in and showed up everyday to take care of us and ours. We are grateful. We appreciate you. We honor you. Thank you for being there when we can’t be to hold the hands of our loved ones, for taking care of our babies, for keeping us comfortable and safe. Happy National Nurses Day. We honor you today and every day.
