Exercise challenges are easy compared to nutritional challenges. Challenge yourself by attempting to eat vegetarian! Just like with any exercise program you don’t need to dive in headfirst, try one day per week only eating plant-based foods. See how you feel then maybe the following week you’ll want to do two days of only vegetarian. Another option is to eat a vegetarian lunch every day, figure out what works best for you. Fruits and vegetables contain tons of vitamins and m...inerals necessary to keep your body as healthy as possible, and they are lower in calories so if your goal is fat loss fruits and veggies will help keep your calories in check. Not willing to go veggie? Incorporate eggs & fish (pescatarian) HEALTH FIRST!

SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE: grease the grove! You guys remember this technique right? Grease the groove is an old-school technique to build your calisthenic strength. Here is what you do; every single day from now until the end of the month perform 50 pull-ups, 50 push-ups, 50 sit ups, and 50 lunges. ... You can space them out however you like from the start of your day all the way until the end of the day. One benefit of this technique is the lack of muscular soreness you will feel the following day, so you can crush your reps all over again.
SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE aka Spartan Legs Workouts like these will help prepare you guys for your next obstacle course race by focusing on endurance and balance. Even though all of the races were canceled in 2020, start training now for next year!
AT HOME ABS! (But really at home core) You can do this circuit at anytime throughout your day. First thing in the morning, in between sets of your workout, etc.... Make sure you offset all of the trunk flexion with some extension (by means of the upward dog stretch) If your feeling extra energized, as a finisher perform bicycle crunches for 100reps as fast as you can to throw in some trunk rotation.
Here is a beating for you guys to hit this week. 80 crunches, 60 squats, 40 push-ups and 20 burpees. Get through 5 rounds

It’s CHALLENGE TIME! For June, you get to chose which movements you want to use during your challenge. Chose one exercise per muscle group; there are 8. Perform 100 reps of that movement before moving on to the next. You can chose the order as well, the challenge is over after you finish all 800 reps....
